Bike is running well Simmo. The front tyre is 3 times as fat as the rear, but it seems to run okay.

I'm at Kogarah office on Friday. Got breaks at 9-10am and 11-12, but working the rest of the day... Let me know if you're down here and I'll shout you some Gloria Jeans...

Kinda scary Astro, but people DO know where I live... had a bloke working at Astor Chroming (Villawood) that saw my bike and said, "I know this bike. You live down in Marrickville. I see this bike all the time..." Glad I put the alarm on!

Hi Simmo.

I bought that gasket I need for the right side of the bike when I do the chrome bling mods. Hope to pick up chrome bits on Thursday and may try and replace some bits on my own...

Which bits should I NOT try to replace on my own (given my limited degree of technical knowledge and mechanical skills)?

That was a typo. The gasket I bought is for the LEFT (non-clutch) side. Isn't that the one you said I'd need to replace?

On the bike the clutch LEVER side one (near your gear lever)
not the clutch cover
Its for the alternator cover

Doing great Simmo apart from the fact its rained everyday since I arrived.

I'm back on line as I just brought a CDMA card for the laptop so now I can surf porn anywhere even on the side of the road .

Forecast this weekend is for clear weather so doing a ride around the south with a few guys here from Collie.
