Hi Batfink hope things are traveling well with you and the Family.

is it worth getting people to pay up front before you order then that way you may be able to do a better quality calendar due to numbers and maybe us FB to prop sales up as well.

I know we do something simular for the Busa Run here in WA get people to commit then order.

How many do you have to order to make something like you did last time??

I put up calendar costs in FB busa buy/sell but no real interest form there

The problem is I can't pre-sell until I know numbers and even the pre-order or interest posts got sweet f*** all last time.

The first calendar had an order of about 100 with only a couple left over... this time I only ordered 50 s I suspected the novelty wasn't as high. BUT I still have about 35+ left.

I guess if there were pre-orders over 40 then it could keep the same quality or even improve. Of course tha would have to be put out soon as I can't delay printing too long (last year was the max point of printing.

BUT I can't do everything anymore........ so if we still want a calendar then maybe soemone take over the promotion and sales side? I can still put together voting, design, printing and delivery LOL
