Had similar problem a few weeks ago ended up being no 3 injector my comp was 175 in all cylinders bike done 80ks mechanic tokk iridiums out chucked them wrong gap he said .9 mm is too big all good now

Suzuki manual says 0.7 to 0.8.
Haynes manual says 0.7 to 0.8.
NGK listing says 0.8.
Have a set of NGK iridiums ready to go in next service. Just went and measured them out of interest. Bang on 0.8 straight out of the box.

I would spend $10 on injector/fuel system cleaner run it through at triple dosage and leave overnight...if it doesn't do anything all you wasted was $10. Also what about coil breakdown when warm?
