Half the guys I work with dont seem to have names, just...
"Old mate on the bobcat"
"Old mate on the excavator"
"Old mate in the truck"

Had it a few times in Australia but not elsewhere.

I saw this on a toilet wall in Queensland years ago. If it isnt a strayaism then it should be...dont know what it means either.
