I take this as a great sign.
clearly all the rapists, murderers and sundry scumbags are all in custody. why else would they target such minor offence?

The fine is

$239.oo

For using the pushbike transit lane

No points off , as yet ....

I feel a protest fun ride comming on
Just to add lotsa congestion & chaos & panic & pain
To
All the car drivers, bus, truck, taxi, & vans
To all that have only one person in a car anyway

Well I guess it's easier for them to fine us motorbike riders than it is to fine the Lycra army that won, t use there damn,d lanes then have a whinge at us so called outlaw bikies ( go to love qld for that one)

Hey man, give the coppers some credit. If they're in traffic, take the ticket. They get slammed with targets they have to reach, if it's easy they will go there.

Don't stop, see what happens....

f*** the cops grubs they shouldnt be out making it up or even having targets ,its bullshit ,they should be out being seen not f*&^ing tying to hide or blend in

Being seen is were its at ,bullshit give them nothing no credit ,maybe if they stopped or solved murders rapes break n enters ,drug trafficking, then credit due ,but what do you get ,are were trying our best ,the only way they catch anyone is because the idiot who committed the crime tells someone

f*** em!

il add if cops spent a lot more hours 24 /7 on the beat murders rapes would be down ,but were are they ,thats right harassing riders and drivers ,crime goes up and up

night club bashings
murders the list is endless

the only thing cops target are fn doughnut and coffee shops

im sick to death hearing cops need a break ,the public needs a break Australia wide

I agree with you rev, it's the biggest con job that is being put upon us. Fair enough there plenty of morons around that need to be booked but it never happens when it needs to so they have to go out and hit the easy targets all in the name of safety and also hit us with these ridiculous fines or sneaky taxes just to balance the books what a joke

im about to lose my licence for 3 months ,because the kunt up here who booked me out front of my house when leaving for normaville run this year knew i had no hope of getting off ,he pinsme 67 in a 50zone when my extra digital speedo fitted to my bike was telling me i was doing 49,4ks but ive contacted the sdro in n.s.w and they said bcof your driving record the fine will stand !!!!! its bullshit

police are not doing their jobs ,its about easy money ,and thats it ,i mean if they got rid of the points system they would make a whole heap more money ,but the pollies are too stoopid

Be aware that in nsw if you have had any major traffic offences in the last five years the judge looks at them as well, and now we have the added joy of be labeled a habitual traffic offender once you get to offence no 3 in the five year period and as well as that you then get 2 years ban just cause there nice people.only found this out this year after losing it for 6 months this year.Revhead I, d take them to court on that one and make them actually work for it I did. I got collared for 45/over which in nsw means you leave it parked on the side of the road with no number plate or licence, and then the added bonus of losing job added as well (bit hard if if you drive trucks) Now I don, t know what happened the day I went to court only expecting to have the $2200 fine reduced but walked out with licence back and kept the cash.

i got done by a clown with out a radar estimating me at 285ks in a 100k zone, short of the long is i got my day in court ,proved the cop was lying,i had hard evidence about the car he was driving as i used to service repair there cars, it got chucked out ,i got done for 141k in a 100k zone ,lost my job 12 months off the road this was in 2008 it took them 13 months to get me in court ,lost the brief on 1 october 2009 got it back on the 2nd of october 2010,im not pleading guilty so the judge is not aloud access to my record
