That's the bit the arseholes actually enjoy, because they know the pain it is to get them off. Perhaps they should use them on themselves instead of waxing!

$600 fine if you peel it off yourself. I gave it an extra rub to make sure it stays on. I've considered pushing the legal avenue (with 45 kg weight) but to be honest, I don't want them looking too carefully at my bike! Maybe I should just have an obvious but innocuous defect for them to pick on.

Then they'd probably come out with some bullshit like they want to see an Australian Standards sticker on the new one. If Camel's got a cat convertor, there,s probably nothing in it.

I had one blow off once within a km of one being put on, it was interstate, I wasn't licensed (used an alias) so when it blew off I ignored it and just forgot about it, . . . . had an "interesting" visit about 3 weeks later. (long time ago now)

You're welcome to borrow my standard one as it's sitting in the garage.

I'd stick your fairings back on as well. No point inviting them to look into the depths of the engine etc.
