i fitted my window clutch cover ,ive had it for 4 months ,1st thing i did was strip cover ,ad blue max in the window and oring to save on oil leaks,then bought a oil window the sealed it up as well this all took place weeks ago,then today got it out only to fid the cover fouls on the locating dowels so out with the die grinder,sorted now and on,i did also find the oil plug doesnt seal so i wrapped the thread with thread tap and did it up tight ,no leaks

I could've saved you a lot of trial and error... I went through the exact same process a few months back and posted some pics here somewhere... Crappy Chinese Clutch Cover... Finally stopped the leaks, but still need plumbers tape when I do oil changes

im pretty sure i saw how your oil cap screwed in almost sideways,lol mine goes in straight but there is no provisions for a rubber seal,lol

ok its been one of those months with no or little work through my workshop door,so today i thought ,lets paint my fuel tank ,so back to bare metal and off we go ,etch then primer ,then bse coat then sit an litterally watch the paint dry ,then 2 hours later mask it up add the red the wait a good 30mins then clear the feecker with 2 coats and well here it is

Phew... U had me worried dude. Thought ur level of 101 was way to low... Don't worry I will bring a pint bottle with me to Normanville.. Or would you prefer Noe Booker bourbon ??? It.s the best I ever had at about 125 proof

ok just took the bastard busa for a like blast ,and wow, the seat has you tucked in tight
1, no sliding back the seat
2,no holding on with your toes as you gun it
3,no need to lock your arms, your just stuck there.

benefits .can concentrate on riding ,the thing using the boosa,s power!
