Hey Grant, did you do any long distance stuff on it as well? I've heard from a couple that the Gel isn't so good on long trips...

2700 in 4 days, huh? I guess that means yes! Clap

Many here don't do that in a year!!

For distance you also need to wear leather. I find you can get about twice the distance compared to denim for the same amount of "stingy bum syndrome" Bump

Those "stop and revive" roadside places need to have teams of young japanese women on hand to massage and revive our bottoms. "Would you like a coffee and a mars bar with that bum rub mate!"

Just got one today from Mr Suzuki. First thing I noticed is that the front of the seat rubs on the tank (visually and audibly).

Is this right? I'm worried about rubbing paint off over time. Maybe I have fitted it slightly wrong or perhaps I have other problems with the bike with parts not sitting exactly where they should e.g tank too far back?

Thanks

Put gel on. Ok. Got custom seats. Shit on the gel for comfort. Gel now sits on shelf with about 20 bum hours on it. Customs aren't that much, and you get to personalize the look of your bike as a bonus.
