I'm excited and I have a couple of questions.
1) obviously you have to book in advance, is there a URL? 2) what time do we get there on Sat morning 3) is it that wacky dial-in thing? If so, someone needs to explain it to me better than last time 4) What can I bring for the pits Dave? HEIDI xxx

OK guys lets get this one organised.
I'm bringing the BBQ, esky with ice, 12 litres of water, 2 litres of milk and a 6x3 awning. As well as throw away cups, plates and cutlery. Coffee, Tea, Sugar and sauce. How many are in and who is bringing what? I'm sure we can have quite a big feast, and we wont have to eat the left overs from Wednesday night at the track cafe. I reckon we keep it simple. A couple of BBQ chooks Sausages Onions (chopped) Bread rolls Pasta salad Coleslaw A couple of dozen cans of soft drink Some morning tea (Krispy Kreams perhaps) Did I miss anything?

Or
The other option could be that if we have deffinate numbers, I will go and buy everything and we can split the bill, it will save you trying to pack food onto the bike. I couldnt see it being more than $10-$20 for all the food and drinks for the day. Beats paying $16+ for a chicken burger, chips and powerade.

Sounds great. I'm happy to chip in with cash, saves me bringing gear on the bike.

I'll come over after work for afternoon tea and I'll bring some biscuits if I find a shop open!
