Dynamic to top added

Just added.
Scroll down a long page and an arrow to top will popup on the right hand side bottom.
Click it to go back to top. Hope it helps.

thanks Baz. I just realised a great shortcut for back to top is also tab. TAB is in better position than home for me, right in the right place

Yeah, tab and home keys are great when ur on the d/top or lappy....but this dynamic key u juz put in there is PERFeCT for times like right now when I'm on my iPad!!
