Going number 2 Saturday 20th

Yes, the title has a double meaning deliberately. Second track day tomorrow at QR, and first ride on my new addition ( CBR1000). Exciting stuff.

Level 2 tuition added in so I can learn some more and figure out the slicks it came with (I agree with you Shane on their limited benefit at this stage).

Anyone passing by feel free to drop in and give me your 2c worth on. how I'm holding my tongue wrong. The more the merrier. Just look for the Repsol CBR with the mismatched blue/white leathered rider going the wrong way around the track.

Bike pics you say? Check out my earlier thread that shows off some "baby arriving home" photos.

Nice ride there Scott and yes as Shane probaly told you be careful on cold slicks you would be better of getting hold of street / track tyre's for a while until you can get full use of slicks on track> Have fun out there buddy your going to love the Blade one day I hope to get up that way will let you know and we can cut a few laps together Biker Biker

I will need to find some more pace to keep up I suspect Driller but that would make for a great day. Yep - I had the warmers on but it made for a lot of on and off, which as it turns out isn't as much fun as in and out.

I agree that a good sticky regular set would be a better all round option for the moment and keep the slicks (last years control tyre) for when I can use them properly.

The blade was awesome and can't wait until next time.
