1 part left over.... Help!!!!!!!
#1
Hey guys i have almost finished rebuilding my gen 1 but had the misfortune of having 1 part left over. Me being the obsessive SOB that i am, i tried micro fiche websites, suzuki workshop manuals and have come up empty to establish what its for. It seems to be a metal spacer, 12mm high by 16mm across and a 12mm centre. If anyone could help me out, I would be EXTREMELY grateful. Cheers!!!!!!!

Is it out of motor or chassis ?

its not out of the engine. the engine hasn't been opened. basically the bike is complete minus plastics. so from the frame down is complete so it has to be from there. Neddle Roller Bearing Bush. Not sure. Aren't they ribbed on the inside?

I'm sure one of the Guru's on here can even give you a part number for it, once they spot this Post .Look's like a Bronze Bush to me .

It wouldn't be a spacer that goes through one of the rubber grommets on one of the plastics ??...but they are normally silver in color so not sure..

Has the oil cooler been off as there is a spacer that goes through the rubber mount ??

all the fairing parts are accounted for and i checked the oil cooler today. it has some grease on it which makes me think its in a high stressed area
