Just a further update for everyone. Had two operations on my right lower leg and had a knee operation last night. Still sore but will be in hospital for a few weeks yet. Thanks to the texts,pm's and visitors.cHeers Ian

Holy crap Ian sorry to hear what happened mate but so glad your still with us if these anything you need just give us a shout hope you have a speedy recovery mate and we'll see you back out on two wheels soon.

Finally out of hospital and currently an outpatient. Go back to specialist next Monday for hopefully the final operation. On crutches atm which is not fun and hope to walk again in a couple of months hopefully by November but bike will be some time away. Cheers.

Hey Ian glad Very Happy to hear that your out of Hospital and well on the mend mate must be great in some respects the down side is no nurses to purve on Lol3

Hey Guys, Further update for you all, i was readmitted to Royal Perth Hospital after a short stint as an outpatient. My right foot and ankle are still not responding and heavily swollen. Have been getting intensive physio and hope to find out Monday what they are planning to do. It has been a lot slower than i would have liked but the damage was worse than i thought it was hence i still have my metalwork in my leg with the possibility of some more. Im remaining positive and hope to be walking by xmas. Fingers crossed. Ride Safe.

If they put more metal in, demand it's titanium (less weight), or chrome (more bling). Tell 'em the Busa Club said so...
