Help Please - Bussa Newb

Hi Troops,
I have a 2011 Bussa and was wondering if anyone could help by telling me how to remove the rear passenger foot peg brackets.
I want to give them a polish.
Not real sure what panels to remove ( being a sook about damaging it )

Save yourself a copy first.

Once you've done that, have a look at the end of the manual (Section 9D) about removing the tail section.
You will prob get away without disconnecting the seat lock cable or brake light and licence plate light connections.
Once it's all unclipped and the bolts are out there's a bit of movement to get to things.

/or if you do remove it all.
If you can't find the licence plate light connection (not mentioned in manual), it's a thin white clip tucked away about half way along the assembly on the LHS.
You'll see the wire cable tied to the subframe so follow that and you'll see it.

There's a few push pins and things you need to locate, so having the manual and a few pics is the easiest way.

It's ok people, I found a shot on Bikepics that shows how to get to the rear peg mounts.

I didn't mean anything by what I said..... Just tryin to jog your memory. Take seat and hump off. Undo tie down points and the two side bolts-both on side of tail on each side- push in the centre of the 4 or 6 pins underneath tail and 2 of the 4 under seat. Theres two phillips head bolts under the hump where the grab rail bolts on also. Undo end of seat/hump cable(just hold open and take off) then gently part her legs and take her off towards the back and undo the taillight plug at the taillight befor finally taking right off. Think that's it and hope it helps. It's easyer than it sounds if your handy. Just take your time and enjoy.

Isnt this the time where the lock cable is not reconnected and once the hump/seat is locked down you can't get it off again???

Thanks for all the advice people. Was a very easy job, dont no what I was worried about. After all that, I didnt remove the rear pegs, but I did tidy up it's bum by getting rid of the standard plate holder and end guard. Was a good practice run and a chance to have a snoop.

ps - What lock cable ?
