I am surprised you are not annoyed by police just pulling you over to look at your bike. That is a massive waste of time for everyone involved.
Thats the only way they can see it, when its not parked that is

Absolutely. Last time it happened to me I had an interesting discussion with his inspector. Seems that he wasn't cleared to operate at the speed he had been (with me following at a distance). Met the prick a few weeks later, he said "don't I know you?" I said "possibly, do you know Inspector XXXXX". End of conversation.

Previous comments are correct regarding unmarked or undercover cops. An unmarked car with blue/red LEDs or a Sherrif badge in the wallet of some dero do not make them identifiable as a police officer.
