maybe you might have less wind noise if you mounted it in a different place

It doesn't matter where I mount it: if it's a place where the wind hits the case, the noise is much worse if using the waterproof cover.

you had the Gopro HD didnt you?, maybe the HD version has a more sensitive microphone than the Wide angle version that i have
