So, back to Bill's question... do 2002's have recalls. I'd like to tell him to ask Suzuki, but they lied to me, so I don't see why they wouldn't lie again...

Good work Pan
It was the same shit when I had warrenty work, they deny all liability, in my case it was "you have done 26000kms so we will not honour your warrenty", but the warrenty says 2years UNLIMITED klms, once they hear you are getting a solicitor they crumble.
Now you have the wait till it can be repaired, good luck mate.

Thanks again for your help guys. Special thanks to Bruce too...
I'm guessing it'll take about a month to fix at Suzuki. Would that be a good guess?

Just spoke to Suzuki at Kogarah about the repairs to the bike. Said they don't know yet, but if parts are required from Japan it takes 4 weeks to deliver, so maybe no bike for 2 months!!!
I'm really getting sick of my Volvo...
Pan,
Find out what parts they require, then ring another dealler and ask for lead time, If its different, you work it out.
Leonard.
Thanks Leonard. Will do. Going to have a look tomorrow or Friday...
