GEN 1 FORKS ( seals)

Guys i have the busa up on stands and the front forks out as there needing seals . i need to know how to tear them down as i am not sure and would apprecate some help i have cracked the hex bolt at the bottom of the inside of the fork and have procced to unwind it but it just keeps turning ?

would really apprecate some info from members that have actually done there fork seals them selves

ok well seems like no 1 on here has any advice for me . so the forks are off to the shops monday

Have you looked at the manual? Haven't done it myself, but it's laid out step-bystep.

yeah i went to the manual but there seems to be a trick to the bottom part of the fork

OK i have it all sorted out now boy n girls let me tell you .bruce PM me and said to ring Leonard (legend) and what a genuine pleasure it was he was more than helpfull and passed on some special hints to me as well . leonard thanking you kindly for your time on a sunday mate to answer some tech questions .
