Grunt apology accepted and also an apology back to you if i took your post the wrong way. Pi_thumbsup
With all the current crap about flashing on here, the tolerance level is running a little low here at the moment.
As said apology accepted and appreciated Pi_thumbsup

I have run similar intercoolers on some of my turbo's, you need to seal them so the ram air has to go through the core and this can also isolate them from engine heat soak when stopped like at red lights
also in the city your not going to see much advantage but above 80 kph you do start to see some cooling
mine have always been on gear based boost controlled bikes so your not realy making any inlet temps till your in higher gears at higher boost levels (currently up to 13psi on this system) and higher throttle anyway
pic of my lower seal on a 750 , upper is a piece of formed foam

Also here is a comparison of a gt28 intercooled system and the tts at similar 15 psi boost levels

Wavy lines at the top of each are wheelspin or clutch slip, and maybe in the supercharger belt slip

So where would you find the cool water for the water to air intercooler ?

some use an ice tank, others a small radiator and pump
if you want sub zero inlet temps try pumping metho over dry ice and through the intercooler
