hey rydrz good on ya for having a go mate honestly though you need to work on making your product more cost effective at 650 it is extreamly pricy considing you still have to purchase the fairing lights ect which means this tail conversion costs 1200 upwards.maybe also look into using tube not solid round bar as is stronger and much lighter,i have just finished the same tail conversion on my bike a little different to yours but the same at the end off the day though ill post up some pics as soon as i get a chance.you may also want to look into getting the sub frame engineered as it is a structural part of the bike and you will be selling to consumers last thing you need is a sub frame breaking due to the silliest little thing and someone getting hurt or worse.
cheers

Rydrz, I would have to agree with Ajchop, $650 is a bit high for nothing more then some 16mm rod and a couple of welds. Also why is it Mig and Tig welded?

All the US kits I have seen have a lot better fit, the angle of the tail looks a lot more suited to the Busa, even though a lot more costly you are getting more value for your dollar and they don't make the busa look like half a street fighter.
