Hi All,
Just wonderd if anybody had bought some of these cheapish exhausts on ebay for example the Piranah tooth shorty that has been advertised lately.
For example how they go with power commanders and the general sound and performance of them.
Was thinking of getting one in black for my black busa.
Any advice is appreciated.
Got a link bud? I cant find 'em.

Same as the Hot Bodies Exhaust, you could buy a pair of exhaust tips and it would have the same affect. They are quite loud not so bad with the Cat on the Gen2, you wont be popular with your neighbours or the law not to mention any pillions you might double.

to expensive, you could get your own custom made at an exhaust joint for ALOT less.
Had something similiar on my gen2, Loud as f***, especially in the mornings....
unless you have access to a dyno and a pc or a ecu editor not good idea. Will lose torque and most likely hp. Cant say from a proof point of view, just the feel of my bike when it had similar.

Dont know any in brissie sorry (from darwin)
But I had mine made at a place there, cost me about $150 I THINK.
Depends what you want done, for mine the guy used a 90 degree mandrel bend, cut it in half, for a slight angled look and then out to a Angled cut on the tip to give it a line with the body. My explanation sucks but it was how I wanted it and kept them short and light. Less wheight the better as you dont really have any support for them but the clamp holding them. So it can be undue stress on the exhaust and the clamp if to heavy apparently.
The guy knocked them up in maybe 30 minutes or so.
To find a place to do it I just rode around asking different places til I found one that could/would do it

Try the M4 exhausts. The sound bloody awsome! About $700-$800 i think i paid for mine!
Sorry to say but they look cheap and nasty. If you are going to spend money on pipes then save up for propper pipes, youll be disapointed otherwise.
Search .org for cut down stock exhausts they dont look too bad and from what is written sound good as well.
I still have my cut down std exhaust if your interested
