Well it happened last year near Thredbo.....
Low flying ducks and fast bikes don't go well together. There is a story here somewhere. I'll dig it up.

Hi everybody,
Do the Sydney crowd and the Newcastle crowd want to meet up at Pheasants Nest, or somewhere a bit more developed, like Exeter service centre. Open to time suggestions at this stage, personally I'm looking to go Goulburn, Tarago, Braidwood Rd to Queanbeyan, then the Monaro to Cooma, then onto Jindy and Thredbo. Some will drop off in Jindy I'm sure. On this weekend I'm leaving my throttle hand at home. It's a charity ride, and there are cops. Whilst they have been fairly good the last few years I dont want to tempt them. Some of them may be in the running for cop of the month ![]() Looking forward to the ride - only 5 sleeps to go ![]()

Graham, some from Newie are leaving on Thursday and some on Friday.
I will be going early Friday and may tag on to one of the other small groups from up here. Not sure yet. I think that our direction will be pretty much the same as yours though. Getting excited now.
