Hi All,
By now you should have a got a PM from me regarding the T'Shirts and payment details.
Please check that our order details are correct. For those ordering for a female partner please let me know which color and size is theirs in your order so that I can arrange for them to recieve a Ladies shirt instead of a drab mens shirt.

PM me if you want more shirts or change of color and size. I have a total of 30 shirts to order and price is calculated on that. If anyone cancels price may rise, though like all major corporations price will not lower if more shirts are ordered.

I am going to print on Monday 13th October, so if anyone else wants a shirt get in b4 then.
Cost went up by a $1 as I have made some changes to the design which Wendy suggested, so is now $26/shirt. You won't be dissappointed.

Ride Update - Well the group was growing but Outlaws partner hasn't been able to wrangle the time off but he is still a goer and Spooks partner is unable to get back in time for the trip.
Darren on the 1098 might not be doing the trip due to a licence issue they reckon that stops people these days..

At this stage things have still worked OK for the Accommodation, have been able to re-arrange things a little and have 7 chalets full for one night and 6 Chalets full for the 2nd night so as long as the numbers stay as they are we are looking very good.

Photo Shoot

We are still looking at doing the photo shoot on the Saturday Morning before we head off down south and we were wanting to get a photo of the busas from every year from 99-09. I mentioned in the email that we would meet at 0800 and leave 0830 but as we have been talking about the photo shoot we may bring the meet time forward so se can still get away by 0830. I will confirm this once myself and the others get together a few weeks out.
We may have all the years covered but just in case if you know someone with either an 2000 or 2002 see if they can make it for the photo shoot.
There maybe a 2000 if it is back together and BennyT has an 02 and is keen to bring his bike down but can't make the ride.

So if you know anyone that might not be interested in the ride but wouldn't mind bringing there bike down for the shoot PM Roo Boy or myself and I will pass it on.

Thanks to Everyone that have already paid that makes things very easy for me so if people that are outstanding try and get there payments through that would be great..

We are now approx 6 weeks out from the ride and just in the last stages of finalizing a few things so hope all you guys and gals are preparing yourself for what we hope is a very good weekend.

Ride Update - Unfortunately Aburman125 has had to pull out as he has just landed a job in NZ and the lucky sod is taking his Busa now there is some nice roads over there.

Yards on the B King is going to join us as well but a day later on the Sunday somewhere which we will organise with him once the time gets closer but at this stage somewhere down south in the Arvo.

It looks like we have confirmed that Lunch will be at a Winery on the Sunday and would have to thank Andy & Wendy for taking a drive to do some research for us. So we will need to confirm numbers for lunch before we go.

In regards to the Photo Shoot I will give people the heads up now but we are maybe looking at making the meeting point on the Saturday morning where we plan to do the Photos so once we have worked a few things out I will let everyone know by email. We are also looking at bringing the meet time forward to 0730 just so we aren't racing for time and then running late getting away as we still want to be on the road by 0830.

One last thing if possble could you please forward through if you haven't done so already via email your emergency contact details etc as I will be printing this off and giving Wendy a copy for the weekend. I will also forward through Wendys contact details as well as a couple of others once I have that info so people can be contact whilst we are away.
