Trophy Thanks all! Was a awsome day! couldn't have asked for more, beutiful day, Very close racing and only just held off Glen, Carl in the rounds and and John in the final (i fell asleep at the tree) It was great to see the extra bikes change from Mod bike to play, and it goes to show you don't have to be 9.0 to make the final, John was 9.4-5 all day. I'm definatly saving the tune in her now for PS/B after i get the power tune done, well done too all entrants and the beginning of a brilliant class!!! Clap

Sorry i had to go Home Simmo, would have liked to have seen some more racing. Congrats on the new pb, looks like the tuning works starting to pay off. Only too happy to continue our support into the next year as well mate.

Mostly would have like to have seen the race between you and Carl
what happened there Simmo a 0.562 rt to Carls 0.359 you would have been doing the chase all the way hey, Et's look good as well with you running
9.209 @151.68 to Carl's 9.144 @154.8 mph, Had you by 2 mph by half track, 123mph to carls 125mph, 7.729 1000 to carls 7.703. Not on a kawasaki, you were chasing 1 hey Lol2

Good 1 too, yes 50kg make all the difference, might be different story
with the fzr or Carl may get the choice of 2 bikes, better to have the quicker guy run the bike i say!
May bee thats the way to do it, tune the bike to run quick with the ballast, then put the light rider on the bike to run the times!
either way at least what we are doing works.

i will be trying to get myself and the FZR up and ready for the next 1
if the doctor give me certificate to run that is. otherwise i should be ok
for the 1 after.

Wonder how many mod bikes out first round, will see the value of ps/b
and come on over for for a days round robin racing?

or should we keep the field to under 16 for that reason? (more runs)

Leigh well well, any excuse not to run Carl hey, even a hole in case.
Pi_freak more gas, YOU will Need 2fast4u

Hopefully we will see Leonard, Alex, Matt and Jamie at the next 1 ?
AAron, John and Steve have said you Guys are welcome and having a
group 1 license is not an issue.

regards Robert

My losses were self inflicted, hoping to make amends.Very Happy I could have had an extra run apparently but my brain went on strike.Pi_freakWhen it comes to close racing like that having to footshift a stock length bike on the back wheel is just massichism.

I'm in for the next one, after all the work you did getting Wsid to reconsider Gp1 licence holders, how could I say no!

Prob running "Quicksilver" but maybe something a bit closer to 8.7 opps.. 9.0, depends on how things develop...Coolsmiley

Happy to for you support always Rob
I had a grudge with Carl later that night beet him on ET not RT, it was good fun
I have a nose on Carl's PB but not by much he probally get me at the next meet, you know how it goes, you go forward leaps & bounds then you go backwards for some reason sometimes you take the wrong direction & not knowing it
Carl pb was on a 9.4 PB so I waited for the green thinking I had .3 head start & holy crap He pulls a 9.1 out of his ass he had the lead & Wtf he was goooone I had no hope of pulling him in.
Well mod bike half the Guys went home after only 3 runs thats sad & unfair, so from now on thats going to be $50 a run if that keeps up see how many drop out by round 3, 50% correct me if I'm wrong
It will be good to see you back Leonard

oops, after the first round (9.345 155mph with a 1.7 60), i set the nos to come in sooner, ramp up a little quicker but still at 50% duty cycle. the sixty's foot time prob drop due
to raising the launch rpm from 7200 to 7800 rpm on the 2 step.
Carl wasnt going to let me go home until i reset the 2 boxes. He wanted a flat 9, i thought we were there for a test and tune, Carl was there for a win
me thinks. Must be something with these x motorcrosser and there hole shots.

figured the 60's would drop a little, i didnt believe either of you that Carl
ran a 9.14, was hanging out all night to check the Sheets.
Sorry Simmo, but Carl's on a mission, he wants an 8.80. and 160mph time Card. Bet i dont have any further funding problems with the 9 from Carl from here on in! Pi_thumbsup

Leonard, quick silver or all motor, be good to see ya there.

Email to thank John was sent!

Questain to all for future Ps/b entrants at wsid

would you prefer to limit the field to the 16 quickest qualifiers
so we can run it round robin all the time ?

this way we all get a days racing!

Robert

3 qualifiers, fastest 16 get in for 3 rounds of racing.that way mod bike refugees may only get 3 runs if they jump across but those fairdinkum still get 6 runs or 7 runs with a top2 final.Pi_thumbsup
