Good to see one lung Rob up & about in a carefull way. Carl was out testing the bike. Leigh
How does it go Leigh, if your not on a kawasaki your chasing 1
First night out, with a safe set up on the 9 (half full tank, and safe gearing)
Carl runs 10.02 @ 143 mph no NOS. previous run was a 10.07 at 141.
Thanks guys for the birthday wishes, the cake was a surprise.
Catch ya's out there saturday, hopefully we will see a 9 from Carl.

Nope fine tuning for the 26th,
Looking for the 9.0s now
Good Night, Shit Track, No grip.
tryed what i thought would be good gearing, learnt a little.
1st pass out while track had some warmth left was a
9.5 at 145 mph with a 1.65 sixty and .101 rt. NO NOS 15/46 gearing.
each and every run after the track cooled the sixty turned to shit,
back to 1.7's and 9.7's et with 143 to 144 mph.
next week back to 15/44 gearing, No NOS
got some video, i will put up later, of the only 2 true Busa racers,
the other pussys wouldnt come out to play! Too Cold, NO Grip.
SOFT they are

Still there is always the reaction time money?
Simmo your prob right. Moore chance for the rest of us getting the cash.
Yep Jamie, wasnt able to put down 160 hp, just squeled the tyre up the track all night. Carl wanted to run the gas
robert
Battery issues sent us home after the 3rd run,
best run was the last, 1.9 sixty, 9.6 et at 156 mph
getting the bugger to hock up of the line was an issue.
no wonder you stay home Simmo!
See yas out there on the 22nd.
Robert
Maybe you need to set the bike up a bit better Rob we had no probs hooking up. Got very low 1.6 sixty foot times on a cold track but had small amounts of wheel spin half track. If you can get the bike to hook up on a cold track imagine how well it will hook up on a good track. 156mph is good for 8.5 on a good track. On cold track 8.9 with 1.5 sixty footers. That's my two cents worth anyway.
