So after a few weeks up in Townsville, and watching the Holdens get their BUTTS handed to them by FORD yet again, (which makes me a very happy bloke obviously..) I am back in action...sort of..

ok, garlic pepper seasoned pork steaks,

unpeeled quartered potato & pumpkin steamed.

& fetticine (yeah spelling) carbonara for the side & some other green & red vegies....

Plus fresh bread - that should fill him up.
