thanks Heidi. i will hold off doing the deal until just after lunch. Had a shit of a day and don't expect tomorrow to be much better. Lucky I didn't have the bike today or I think I would have ridden of into the sunset and not returned!!! LOL..... least I have this to look forward to Very Happy

Try and get your gear from Hiside the reason Im saying this is because he has the best deals and do you have to get a shoei, Phil has shark helmets and the price is really good and he has boots gloves and leathers so you should be able to get even a better deal if you get it all on the day. Shark are top helmets and the RSR2 would have to be the lightest helmet out there and its carbon. Phone 0417723799 and he is not open on Wednesdays.

LOL Heidi! I didn't get your post until I was at Suzuki... was trying to drive them down more and then they saw your BUY IT NOW!!!!!!! Nearly had a coronary trying to change the screen before they saw it! They were smiling ear to ear.

However I do need to tell.....

I ended up going with a CB400..... so I NEED to know... will you guys still have me around?????

I was ADAMANT (and loud about it too!!!) that my next bike will be at least a GSX1000!!!!

I'll post some pics next week :)

Well done Damsel, the 400 is a good bike and best of all ITS A BIKE!!!

Take it easy especially at first and be safe. Book in for some riding classes when you get your sea legs so that you learn the right way.

What colour did you get? Did you get the ABS version?

Hi Kathy. I got black and opted for ABS.... I was so sure I was getting the GS500 until late yesterday afternoon! Thanks for all your help and advice - really appreciate it :)
