To add to the shock value, with the longer arm and harder compound they,ll smoke up easy and the tail wag will be controllable at that length,So your bike will look like its got heaps of grunt.Lol
This is where I'm up to so far. There are a few guys that need some props here. Glen TC among others. They will all get a mention as this busa gets further along. She is a slow & steady build. I'm enjoying the progress. Don't want to rush it as the build is where the fun is. I'll keep you guys posted. Lots of nice bling going on here with plenty still on the boat from the USA. Cheers.
Good to see what's going on mate, that rear setup looks great.
My daughter just saw the pics and said "Hey Dad there's your motorbike" - to which I replied "Daddy has to look for a new bike when he gets home". I get back in a few months (going to be in Brissy this time), when the search willl begin.
Nothing happened, apart from selling it. It's sitting up on that stand. HD Dude gave it a more worthy home than my place when I left to go overseas. I've been hanging out for pics of what he's been doing.
A little more progress made. I have been wondering what to do with the rear tail light & under tail sections. This is what I have come up with. Bit of modding & cutting & mixing up a few bits that aren't meant to go together, but I'm happy with the result so far. Getting there with this fat arse busa. The project is a lot of fun & I really don't want to think about the end result just yet. Still plenty of work to be done.
This undertail mod gives me a heap more travel for lowering the MBP Air Ride setup. The LED Tail Light has the indicators integrated also. I'm a minimalist at heart.
