I can see how you might think that as just a few posts after I show up and say hello Suddenly I have something pricey for sale. Let me start by saying we are NOT wealthy and Land Speed Racing is not Cheap. My Father who did the Photo's and my Hubby really felt that selling them would be a great way to raise the money for buying Ceramic bearings for my bike. To date I have sold exactly NONE! Which is what I told them would happen. But sometimes you can't tell Daddy and Hubby anything. I apologize for the fact that this was poor timing and may have looked suspect.

IF you take a few moments to look at my website, my videos, the threads on Busa Forums, the photos and my Sponsors that sure seems like a lot of work over the course of nearly a year just to scam $50!


First off if you take a look here you will discover that this is an ongoing project from the Summer of '08. Pretty long time to try and work a scam nearly a year!

A to take everyday readers along on our adventure
B To show other Riders what it took to become involved LSR from the start
C Hopefully inspire other WOMEN to take up Riding Racing or whatever interested them.

This project proved very interesting to many people so I have tried to get it out there to as many Hayabusa Forums and a few others as possible.

Now if there is any question to my intent I would like to say this, we have hosted 2 Charity Motorcycle Shows in the last 3 years raising nearly $8000US for 2 Families in crisis. Every year for the last 4 we have volunteered our time and resources to run the Races, Stunt show and Security for the largest SportBike Event in Texas.
If you still have doubts about my intent or credibility I would advise one of two things.
Ask for more proof I'll send tons of pics TWO newspaper articles and references and even provide you with Telephone numbers and email addresses.
Or just ask the admins to boot me off. In which case I'll gladly go. Here in Texas we are happy to share, and prone to brag. But what we are not going to do is stay where we are not wanted. I'll be more than happy to pull my posts and continue on elsewhere.
If you take a look at past threads in other Busa Boards you will find that I have done step by step Mods for airbox, P.A.I.R. valve removal and plate installation , Small airbox mods, Adjustable lowering link installs, GenMar Bar Riser install, Exhaust wrap and install.
I took the time to take pictures when I was doing this so others could watch and follow along.
Unfortunately for Australian Hayabusa I just found you a few months ago so you guys didn't get in on the first tech articles. Or at least not yet.

So once again I apologize for poor timing, Cheeky let me know what will calm your nerves and prove I'm not some Nigerian 401 artist. Members let me should I stay or should I go?

If there is one thing Aussies don't like, it is a scam and I reckon Cheeky is just voicing out loud but I think it is a pretty safe bet that Marie is legit and struggling to get the bike in shape.
Sorry that you pics have not sold yet Marie but your discussions are certainly gaining you the recognition around the world.
