I haven't seen a forum with spell check...
I'd rather be riding my Hayabusa thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my Hayabusa
The useless bits of info to see if we can make a million posts thread

maybe not such a useless but useful bit of info. This was in the papers & on the radio a while back.
CPR should be performed at approx 100 compressions per minute, apparently if you remember the Bee Gees song Stayin' Alive (you know - stayin alive, stayin alive. Ah ha ha ha, stayin alive, stayin alive.) whilst doing it you should be pretty close as stayin' Alive has a beat of 103 BPM. Missy, can you verify?

First I heard of the Do it to the Bee Gee's -
But yeah compressions in adults 100 per minute, or 30 compressions 2 breaths (single operator) Which is literally 2 compressions per second. That's pretty much it for kids and adults.... But Newborns 0 - 27 days - are a little different. 3 compressions to 1 ventilation (3:1) So this would lead to roughly 120 events per minute. & compressions on a bub this small is a different technique, you can use either two thumb technique, so that your two thumbs are placed next to each other & your hands encircle the chest or two finger tip technique on the sternum. (personally the two thumb is much more comfortable

But if you don't want blow on someone you don't know, that's ok. compressions are better than nothing.
