Last time I saw a photo like that was when I binned my bike a few years back.

An un-named road crew (BORAL) left that same sort of shit on a road down here in Vic. I went (tried) to go around the bend and slid down the road...............

I took many photos and contacted the local council who said it wasn't their responsibility. They passed it onto the road crew.

It took 7 months but eventually I had to sign and indemnity form stating I would not disclose the fools that left the shit on the road. Which is why I can't mention BORAL!

Thought I'd mention this just in case you have no insurance. (Like me at the time)
