Just some info for the people who knew I was going to court for my mates bike death after 3 years I finally had my day I did my best as hard as it was and we got a verdict from the jury the 4wd driver that was on the wrong side of the road and killed my mate and fellow rider has been found guilty of
Manner Dangrous
Fail to stop
Fail to render assistance
+ minor traffic offences
while this wont bring my mate back I feel it as a small but important phase in getting over the day in question,as well as a victory for us riders.I'd like to thank the people on this forum who gave me encougement a while back namely Loafie,Tez,suz, and Raz and even Mecho even though he didnt know it he helped alot when I first joined this forum he allowed me to vent a lot of anger and made me realise there was still fun to be had have to meet up some day should be fun.lol. thanks guys and ride safe.Little comments can mean a lot.
Now its finished i can move on YesFatman

has the guy been sentenced yet?
mate all that must have been hard but as the others have probably said.....stay strong and don't let one incident shape you for the rest of your riding life!!! enjoy the rides and live life to it's fullest mate.
Hum
I'd rather be riding my Hayabusa thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my Hayabusa
