The bad news is, the Coaching Station that I have booked for us IS THE PUB. There is no other in Nymboida but there are plenty in Grafton.

We are coming from Sydney and I will be sharing my room with my girl. We will be leaving Sydney on Friday afternoon and staying in Taree or so...........depends on what time we leave sydney town. Should arrive in Namboidia around lunchtime or ther abouts. We will have the Monday off so we can shred some hills with everyone on the Sunday.

Here is the latest update.
I checked with the motel yesterday and we have 4 rooms booked for Friday night and 9 rooms booked for the Saturday night.
So far the bookings look like this.
We have 6 rooms booked from Newcastle,
1 room booked from Sydney,
1 room booked from Port Macquarie and
1 room booked from Brisbane.
To further encourage southerners to make the trip.
I can offer free accommodation in Raymond Terrace to either singles or couples for the Thursday night or the Sunday night.
This should make one hell of a trip for anyone who can make it.
Only one month to go and only 5 rooms left for the Saturday night.
The QLD OZSPORTSBIKE club will be doing the same weekend and staying in Grafton on the Saturday night.

We will likely depart Brisneyland Saturday morning and return Sunday afternoon. Would be pleased to hook-up with other northerners for the run down.

OK, just spoke with Diane @ Nymboida and booked a room each for me and Red VFR for Saturday night 1 April. Plan is still to depart Brisvegas early Saturday morning. Glad to hook-up with fellow northerners for the ride home Sunday.
Been raining for the past week in Paradise, so I am hoping there will no precipitation left by 1 April :-)

Rooms are filling fast now.
Our planned route up from Newcastle on Friday is, Depart Raymond Terrace Maccas at 10am, then Buckets Way, Thunderbolt's way to Armidale and down Waterfall Way to Nymboida on Friday.
Nymboida to Grafton, Glen Innes, Gyra, Ebor and back to Nymboida on Saturday.
Home via Waterfall Way to Armidale, then down the Oxley to Wauchope and home over Bulladelah Mtn.
There will probably still be some leaving Newcastle on the Saturday morning but a time and departure point have not been set yet.

I have just had a call from the MOTEL.
As of this morning at 11:30am there is only 1 room left on the Saturday night. If that room is not booked by Friday night this week. They will take a booking from an outsider for the weekend that we are there.

Today, Friday 17th March is the last day that we can hold the final room at the motel.
If you want a room to yourself you better get it today otherwise you will need to find someone to share with but that shouldn't be a problem. They are real big rooms.
I am trying to organise a get together for the Newcastle group the last Wednesday night before we go to determine last minute arrangements etc.
At this stage the Friday group are leaving Raymond Terrace Maccas at 10am and then Gloucester at 11:30am.
The Saturday group are leaving Raymond Terrace Maccas at 8:30am.
I think the Brisbane Ozsportsbike group are leaving BP Yatala at 6am on Saturday morning but I will confirm that and update this thread if it changes.
