Ok Tom, Gazamataz is in QLD and may be looking to share a room with 1 or 2 others if he can make it.

I'll get an update from the Motel every couple of weeks to see how we are going for rooms and update this thread.

I'd love to come, but too early to call yet. Things have this really nasty habit of sneaking up on me at the moment. I'll post closer to the date.

Still keen Busgo, but like a lot of others here, not sure where I will be 1 April. I am sure we will work something out if Tom makes a late call. I am also talking to Red VFR Boy about joining this one.

Simmo,
What you do with the Jelly in your SPA is up to you.

I have confirmed with the Motel today that so far we have 6 confirmations on rooms booked.
I won't mention any names here but I know that there are at least 3 couples attending.

That leaves 8 rooms left and still plenty of time to get organised.

Just another quick update here.
Still rooms left and no rush to book in.
Garbo + Linda and Me and Helen have booked both the Friday and Saturday night. The girls may be travelling in the wagon with bike trailer.
Anyone coming is welcome to stay just the Saturday night or both Friday and Saturday.
I will check the room bookings again next week and see how we are going.

I've just returned from a 2000 k trip up to and around the Gold Coast (in the car unfortunately). But I did get a chance to call in at the Coach Station Inn and check out the facilities.
The Motel rooms are 1st class and very comfortable. I will post a photo or two when I unload the camera. The meals are typical country style (HUGE) and normal pub prices for food and drinks.
As of the 9th Feb, they had 3 bookings for Friday 31st March and 7 bookings for Saturday 1st April.
Still plenty of time to get organised for this run.

Here are some photos I took of the room I had last week.
All these photos are from the same room that had 2 x queen sized beds, 2 x bunks, a spa and shower and a verandah.

Here is also a link to the motels website if you want to see more.

Ray, the accommodation looks great, thanks for the photos. Just wondering, does the cost of the room include the 2 free suitcases?

Great news M8ee.
I have a couple of QLD mates who may be able to share with you if you are on your own.
But they will get a room of their own if they need to. They don't know their work committments yet.
You have a PM back.

Should be good, probably want to get your act together if you are coming, Ozsportsbikes blokes are going down on the same weekend, I think they are staying at the pub though.
