WHO WAS JACK THE RIPPER?

•

A popular suspect, Bury was hanged for murdering his prostitute wife in April 1889, five months after the final ripper murder. At the time of the murders he was living in the East End and the mutilations found on his wife's body were similiar to those left by the ripper.

Barnett was the lover of Mary Jane Kelly, the ripper's fifth and final victim.
