frame chroming polishing

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows how much it costs to either polish busa frame or get it chromed. was thinking about doing it but got told very expensive to do

Chroming is exe - plus heavy, if you are happy with the extra wieght then np (not for me) polishing is easy and you can do it yoursefl (I have done my ZX10) but requires more maintaining

the biggest part is stripping the thing....then it's just a matter of getting the right tools/wheels for your power tools as well as some good old fasion elbow grease....but it's worth it, polished is better than chrome, you can repolish if you scratch your chrome your stuffed!

IF YA DECIDE TO POLISH IT YOUR SELF JUST REMEMBER TO PLACE A PILLOW COVER WITH THE EYES CUT OUT OVER YA HEAD CAUSE IF YOU DONT YOU GOING TO KNOW BOUT IT WHEN YA GO TO WASH UP! Lol3

Yeah good point Rave - I actually got polish poisening after 7 weeks of polishing everynight and evry weekend - I was very sick for a week - get masks, well worth the effort though, bike was feature in Rapid and last years bike show
