Turbo Busa at a Track Day
#1
The Rapid guys were doing a shoot and a test last saturday at EC on a guys home built street fighter turbo'd Busa...motor has been shoe horned into a 750 frame with a Busa s'arm.......looks a bit crude the entire setup.

Went past me very very fast down the straight...musta been running that 7lbs of hair dryer boost

Petes, naked bike, S&R kit more like 10 psi , did you have a closer look at the fitment, well made engine mount plates etc but the swingarm is from an earlier generation build.

Pete's a Top-Bloke, and the bike Has some great engineering.
I'd take it over any Busa. It go's hard and isn't another boring
bolt on bike.

Gazza how thick are your glasses? Motor jammed in.... the whole frame was re engineered to suit the motor conversion.
The tank is a GSXR tank that matches the frame....... not Kawasaki, yeah you are wrong.

Its different and built to the highest standards. Its not home built at all.
Looks a bit crude? You sure your not wearing coke bottle glasses?

I think this is the best streetfighter in Australia by far. But thats only my opinion.

Not just your opinion Shayne.
I told Pete at AFR that if I could take any one bike home, it would be his.
Was good to see him abusing it at Dubbo with the raked Busa frame,
even better as a "7-13" at Casino.
