Melbourne - Mid Week Rides
#61
s was spitting canvas at me on the way home???

I never new a tyre could still do 150 klms after hitting the canvas.

But of course we did "limp" home, eh ?

If this dodgy board keeps putting this post down the bottom only us three will be venturing out on the Squirell ride in 2 weeks. It will be a pisser.............

Until next time.

It was spinning up in 2nd out of every right hander Looked like a 360 degree skunk tail in the end
All good now, fitted my last Rocket bridgie today, might have to top up the supply

Yeah limped home alright, like a winged water coot on duck opening but there's always a first for everything & discretion was the better part of valour

The best part of that road is about another 30 k towards Myrtleford (better than reefton )

Next time.........

Not worth the trip

I though I'd pass out from boredom between Yea and Mansfield...

I think a counterclock wise trip around the block taking in the "Cow" road, Black Spur and the Reefton Spur would test anyone out! What say you?

And as for discretion was the better part of valour?

Cheers,

Found the bloody problem the old move to top for new posts thread was not checked for this section.
Took a lotta hard work but finally found the bastard. All fixed Gdy.
Gotta go and wash up now...dirty work but someone has to do it... Cheers,

Nice one DJ....................

Speaking of rides. Does anyone in Vic know any riders that had some grief today in Yea with the ???

There were 2 unmarked cars and one marked car at the servo giving a bunch of guys some grief??? Got me thinking, why (6) cops to check a few bikers??? Did some naughty biker do a runner on an empty tank of gas?

Just as well and are old and frail with shot nerves. Speeding tickets is the least of our worries.

Lots of wobblers out today. Glad we gave the spurs a miss.

Cheers,

Can't wait

I'll be in touch about the next mid week ride soon.

Bring your camera and a change of jocks... This time will have enough rubber to cruise home instead of limp home?
