busa's ruled the day with my new beast bringin some good fortune winning the day. stock bike no straps ran a lazy 10.350 on a 10.35 dial in on the deciding race. fellow blue gen 2 jas1340 had a best time of 10.163 (well done)also on a stocker. sub 10's are possible in stock trim with no straps or lowering links. can;t wait till the bike loosens up.
if you can mid to high 1.7 the 60ft and pin 1st gear to the shift light you should get there. What mph are you getting stock 142-145?Your gonna need 145+ with the slow 60ft to break 10 seconds.Alot of guys do the 1.7 60ft but do crappy 330ft times(4.4-4.5).Thats where lowering makes ALL the differnce.Anyone stuck one on the scales with a full tank yet?

as the fuel gauge dropped the bike was getting quicker. best 60 ft for me was 1.81 and the 330's best was 4.59 so giving it a run in complete stock setup i was quite happy with this after not racing since xmas. also the new bike will be quicker than the gen 1 i had that ran 9's so it was a good starting point to compare against. was running 141mph on the new bike. now for tech inspections etc.
how did you go legend?

Congrats on the win Ian, thanks to your advice on Sunday I dropped .2 off my PB from when I had the R1 (Good) and then knocked myself out with a breakout on the second eliminator with a new PB 10.323 whilst backing off through the speedtrap (bad). Also hit my second best RT of .008.
I am loving the Busa big time!!
Looking forward to the Western Nationals
