agree with you there josh, looks like someones taken to the nose cone with a big cricket bat, from that profile shot. but, a lot of people hated the look of the current shape busa[including me]Undecidedits arguably one of the most recognised bikes about now, I think its headed down the same road as current busa, either love it or hate it and try to keep up with it cause its the king.Biker

Never really looked that closely at the bike in that pic, was more interested in the pipe. But now that you mention it, there is something wrong with that pic. Have a look around the bars/screen, looks twisted??

Anyway, I like the canVery Happy

Edit: compared to my avatar, I think it has been shortened.

I think you'll find there's a bit of fish-eyeing on the lens. They probably took the photo really close with a wide angle lens. Poor photography.

Does look better without the mud flap but it might be a bit tricky getting around without a number plate. I dont mind the rear end but it definately needs some modding. The pods on the side which house the indicators are too "puffy", and the tip of the rear which houses the brake/tail light dips down too far imho. I'm sure that it was done for aerodynamic purposes but it could be a bit sharper rather than drooping down like it's been sitting in the sun for too long.

Love the front fairing, basically everything front of the footpegs. As for the exhaust, tooooooo looooonnnnnggggggg. They don't need to be so long with the technology available today. Makes it look dated already.

Before everyone gets all excited about exhaust mods on the new models, you should remember that as of the end of this year, ALL NEW BIKES HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE EURO 3 EXHAUST LAWS.

That means no sound and virtually no gasses.
That is why all the new bikes are coming out with enormous mufflers and catalytic converters.

It will be a $2000.00 fine if you alter the system to reduce the exhaust emissions or increase the noise.

Bad news, I know. But that is the law as it stands.

So is that to say bikes built '08, therefore leaving '07 plated bikes in the clear?
