I was a bit disappointed when I saw this route but hey...it's a ride. Seems a bit short to me, and we know most of the roads... Your feedback appreciated.
Sounds like there will be quite a few there.
If anything it will be a good chance to talk about Jindy too.

If interested I suggest you let Sam know directly.

Please give him a call on 9354 2228 or 0413 059 520 if you have any questions otherwise. Edited by: Djpete at: 8/11/05 11:09 pm

Wonder if the will know where and when to look?
Gotta say , I liked the look of the Queenscliff ferry run much better
Who is this guy? Is he a member of the club? Cheers,
Holge

Tom,
I don't think it will be that sort of ride. More social ride.
Spoke to him tonight.
He is not part of a Club, just a bunch of mates who do this once a year. Said from 8-15 bikes.
No pressure on anyone, if interested call him so he knows numbers...Thanks,

No probs Pete,
Thanks for the info, but I'll give this one a miss because I've been riding in that area for the last few months. Might give somewhere else a try.
Have a great ride on the day Cheers,

yeah I know Rev.
I didn't organise it.
I was just told that they may do that queenscliff run again but obviously they didn't.

We could always organise our own....but a bit late now with xmas and jindy around the corner...

Hey ,
Hold on to that thought , although it will have to be another time. Just looked at my callender and my dad is due to arrive next thursday (thought it was the following) from Denmark via Africa. Should stay home and entertain him or Wendy will certainly beat me around the head with the nearest blunt instrument
But I'll take you up on that offer after Jindy. Dad stays for 10 days. Cheers,
Holge

Scooters eh Ronnie ?

Up in Taipei, (Taiwan) there are 20 MILLION registered scooters in the northern part of the island alone !

That joint has to be the scooter capital of the world, bar none

Even saw scoots with barbie's bolted on the back by street vendors selling barbied pigs guts to the locals for lunch

When they eventually clap out, they just dump em in the gutter & get a newie, then this big truck with a hydraulic arm just grabs em up & turfs em in the back. You can't park a car anywhere coz it's wall to wall scoots

I was crossing the road up there once & this bloke comes surfing along the road on his arse, followed shortly after by his scoot

No one gave a rat's, must happen all the time

I think it's a growth area all the same here, have fun !

Well,

for a Big Ride, I must have missed something.

...............Like a starting point;;;;;;;;;;;

...................And a time;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

........................And a destination.

But f*** Me, I have the date !

And that's important.

It shows promise.

When the collective "We" can put "The Package" together, perhaps all the multitudes of missing club members could log onto the web site home page and just "click" on a "Ride Calander" without having to sort through general collective dribble.

Slurp.

Just so at least they knew for certain where they were missing from.

Those old bastards at Ulysses can do it in 2 clicks. They realise that they don't have that much time left to waste clicking around a site wondering to where to wear out the centre of their tyre tread !
