Did anyone catch Top Gear last night on T.V?
I was watching with mild interest when they mentioned a car called a Westfield XTR2. But when they took it out to the track, I thought to myself "far out that engine sounds very familiar to me". Sure enough, Hammond went on to mention that the car's powered by a Hayabusa engine. Suddenly I began to take a bit more notice With the whole car only weighing in at between 410kg (with race trim), it makes for one serious sportscar. In fact it was so quick that it beat the Pagani Zonda around the Top Gear track, which is apparently one of the ultimate supercars (as you can tell I'm not into cars much). And it's a road legal car, as least in the U.K.
Just another example of how awesome the Busa engine really is.
