John, If you are logged in now, go to your User CP up in the top menu bar and when you are in your profile, edit your options to turn on the button to remember your logon settings.

If you already have that option selected, your PC must have cookies turned off or set to clear when you exit Internet Explorer.

If you ever delete the cookies from your PC, you will need to logon again when you return to the forum.
