Ask bruce about turbo engine temp.How does 156c oil temp sound?Poor bastard.

That is a little high , i would expect 120-130deg, what was the situation ? if it was at the drags slipping the clutch off the line would add a lot of heat quickly..

That was 156 water temp shown on guage but it was jumping all over te place. The thing that really concerned me was the 6psi oil pressure at idle.

I called Leonard from the track last night at 8pm and was told to bring it over now so he could check it out, what a bloke. A strip down discovered a stuck thermostat. I left at 11pm, Leonard is going to drop the sump today to see if there was any damage from both last nights little episode and my sump smahing hit at Willowbank.

I thought it was water not oil.Oh well jamie and i were on the right track.Now get that dash wired up properly,and get your computer out to the track.Protect your investment mate.Going home early was smart.The track was f****d anyway.

Pays to check Bruce, don't know how long mine was running with buggered bearings , surprised my con rods hadn't jumped out to say hello.
