Dear all,
Well it looks as though everyone is positive about the idea of a 'Busa for kids' day. I think your right Richard re the cup so how does either the 10th/11th, or 17th/18th sound? I think last time, most everyone preferred to go on a Saturday but feedback your ideas and we'll go with the majority.
Also suggestions on destination would be great, other than Mt White for a change. If we looked at National Park then up the escarpment to Robertson or something like that, there's decent roads and a few parks at the top for the feed bag, pic's and the rest. Again, whatever most people prefer to do.
I ran the idea past she who must be obeyed last night and she suggested a BBQ at the lunch stop and would be willing to sort out the gear drive to the meeting point and we could get a few more dollars off sausage sangas etc...
Just kicking around ideas at this stage, so all ideas greatfully received.
Finally, I recently had my pc go to crap because of some bastard virus, so had to re-load the HD and have lost all the email addresses from you guys.
If you could send a note to brock5@ozemail.com.au I'll have the return addresses and we can get things underway.
Cheers to all

Frosty,
I like your idea and think that we can make a real show of it, if you need anyone to help then my better half is willing to help set up a BBQ, (she just slows me down anyway lol). I have a few contacts in QANTAS and I might repeat might be able to swing a Mystery flight for 2, that we can raffel off for charity, just an idea any other ideas then let us know Im in for the any date except the 10th thats the day i turn 30.

Max.

See Richard's post re the Vic run but I'm sure we can do something in Sydney.
Haven't seen any feedback since the 19th so please let me know.
Thanks for the offer Max, if this works out, we'll get the respective bosses together to organise their bit.
Any suggestions or feedback gratefully received, in need drop a line on
brock5@ozemail.com.au

Cheers all

G'day all,
After a few attempts at feedback, I haven't heard anything since the 19th of September. It took awhile, but I'll take the hint and opt out of the idea for Sydney, shame but there you go...
Conversely, the Melbourne crew seem to be getting it together and I'm sure will have a great day and assist a worthy cause at the same time.
Best of Luck,

G'Day Les,
Sounds like an excellent idea but unfortunately, not possible, well, for me anyway. However, you've got a great day planned and I hope it goes well.
Who knows, it could become a yearly thing.
Cheers

Final figure is $830. I'll contact you early next week, Greg, about getting the money to you, or to the charity directly.
