pan, dont see how switching may make a diff but will try next time.

Taub, I can balance bike alone but arm just too vertical.

Busgo, mines an Action brand. stand is just fine with L bracks. but the V's I found elsewhere so maybe from another make. Tho cant see how originals wud differ much but I'll check that out too.

Maj, they may not be the correct ones but a V is a V no?

PS. I notice the V's are welded on the shaft, not so happy with weight of bike all on welds, what if it gives, with the L's they have no where to go.

Anyway sorry for hijacking thread but all useful info to all. Herewith some pics.

Sorry Volvi. Your V's are actually V's. Mine are more like J's, which is why I thought switching them around may help...

hey guys just got me rear stand 4 me bus
and recon its the best $85 to spend it makes chain adjustment/ rear wheel cleaning so much easyer

You may have the stand ends in at 90 deg out ????

I've just placed my order for a rear stand (same as Busgo's). Pete and Joy are still doing these at $85 + postage, bloody great price compared with the stands I've been looking at.

Looking forward to it.
