This year is going to be the best Suzuki and aprillia(I think) both have bikes.

Looking forward to the upcoming season with a particular focus on when it will be MM's turn for a big off. I hope he doesn't really hurt himself but he still rides like he's indestructible, like Lorenzo did before he broke both legs and realized he was mortal. Then I'll wait for Rossi to defy the odds and swoop in in yet another incarnation of riding style to take the championship. It's a long shot but here's hoping that the GOAT can pull it off. So Rossi is my long shot for the title.

Also looking forward to watching Jack evolve on the LCR Honda. They did wonders for Stoner when he moved to the big time..... I saw jack do a couple of interviews in the pits last year on Sunday morning before his gutsy win and he seems to be a genuinely nice guy. He just wears his heart on his sleeve. Go you good thing.

Pedrosa's sponsorship money will be there, again. It will be represented on track by the diminutive and perpetual bridesmaid himself. Sure he can ride, and he might just win one or two but I'd much rather see the ride go to an up and coming rider. Pedrosa's had his chances. Lots of them.

It'll be great to see Marco Melandri back riding world class prototypes. The year that he won the Aus GP I was standing on turn 12 going off as he power slided his way to victory while acknowledging the crowd with a nod of the head.. It was truly awesome and I've been hoping that he would get a decent ride again. Hopefully the Aprillia will be reliable and at least competitive enough to stay in the middle of the pack behind the aliens.

Suzuki..... They've got a great rider in Aliex but it was a little embarrassing that their engines all packed up last year when they had the wildcard entry... Surely there is a team at Suzuki whose sole responsibility is to build the engine, put it on the dyno and run it until it explodes. Then pull it down, find the issue, fix said issue, build another new and improved donk.... Wash and repeat.... They are a big enough company to be able to develop a race engine that can survive a few rounds on the limit... That's why they have limiters....

I am also very glad to see Cal on a Honda with full HRC support. I bet he has some choice words about the Duc ;-)
