Replacement Springs for Micron Exhaust???
#1
Has anyone successfully sourced replacement springs for a Micron system?
If so where from?

My searches today tell me Micron are now defunct Confused, not good.

Any info appreciated.

Worst case I measure up & do the rounds of the Fastener suppliers in town.

Cheers,

just guessing, but wouldn't all pipe/can systems use a very similar spring?

Not saying that is not the case, I imagine wire dia & tension @ nominated installed length would all be similar, but the actual length would depend on the spacing of the pick up points, which could possibly differ between manufacturer's.

Too short, they won't fit or may break in use.
Too long they will either be useless or @ best rattle.

I know my Kerker springs where a nightmare to fit, massive tension.
