Hey All,
Has anyone else had any trouble fitting the screws back into the bottom radiator guard mount on a Gen 1? Is it just me? My blood boils pretty quick Knuppel2

and I have to walk away...........I've followed the instructions to a tee, but I'll be buggered if I can get one of the bastards started!!!!
Any tips or info??

I had the same problem.
Had to bend the rad guard frame to suit - it's a tight fit!

Tight is the word for it alright.......I've got big hands so I'm borderline going mental!!!!!

Finally got it fitted! That tested my patience like nothing else (except talking to sales reps).
