This was taken at street parade in the Ukraine for the Military, Police, and other Government departments - but nobody here knows who they are or what they do?
Any ideas?

Chick in the third row has a non regulation long skirt, somebody sort this out.
Maybe thats what the camera guy is checking & she will be disiplined for it later, that'll learn her Lol2

Guy onboard knows something about it - seems they are from different departments in the Ukraine Army..
